Rice and Circus

Kome to Circus (Rice and Circus), a grimy bar practically beneath the train tracks in Takadanobaba. Their claim to fame is the swarthy young man who dresses up in a Playboy bunny costume while he works (and often goes outside in that getup to lure customers), and their menu, which includes deer and bear meat, as well as fried deer hearts.

Since the food is nothing to write home about, more attention goes to the decor and vibe, both of which are the "anything goes" variety. The aojiru-hai (a green vegetable health drink that contains kale, mixed with shōchū) wasn't bad, though.
