Shopfront Plants

In Yushima, quite  close to the side staircase of Yushima Tenjin. This little restaurant turned out to have a lovely little collection of plants.

"Little" is quite literal -- I had never seen such tiny habotan (ornamental kale) before. They are not that much bigger than the clovers growing beside it!

And how about these baby daikon radishes?

At Ueno-hirokoji Station, spotted a free shuttle bus to the nearby Ueno Zoo.
