Shinobazu Pond, in Ueno Park. It's the perfect time of year to do some bird-watching.
...not that any of these birds are unusual. They probably all occupy the "least concern" part of the endangered animals list.

Not sure what these rafts are for, but it seems like the perfect spot for birds to make nests.
A random photo shoot was happening when I was there a couple weeks ago. Clearly, the girl has never watched America's Next Top Model, because that pose is doing nothing for her figure or her outfit.
